My clients span the Finance, Healthcare, Technology, and Life Sciences sectors, and I frequently partner with global consultancies to help them synthesize dense, industry-specific content. There are 3 different tracks and rates to work with me: 1. GRAPHIC RECORDING:(https://www.katecovey.com/what-is-graphic-recording) Analog and Digital Live Visual Note-taking & Engagement Walls (https://www.katecovey.com/visual-notetaker-engagement-walls) Engage your audience with live hand-drawn visual notes to increase participation. You'll end up with crazy cool and highly targeted marketing materials and/or communication pieces to socialize amongst your team, potential clients, and/or investors. These artifacts will also help to move your ideas into action. Choose the modality that makes sense for your meeting. Live digital work can be displayed large on TV screens or projectors while graphic records on large foams are great artifacts for your office. Maybe you want to stand out at a convention or add something special to your meeting. I have experience creating interactive displays that engage and wow! ​ 2. STUDIO WORK: Illustration Services &(https://www.katecovey.com/digital-graphic-recording) Storyboarding Maybe you have a lot of ideas and you'd like assistance in storyboarding to create a visual that explains your content quickly and eloquently. I have experience illustrating videos and playbooks. Simply send me a script and I can get to work. Let's make it happen!  ​ 3. FACILITATION: Designing and Facilitating(https://www.katecovey.com/graphicfacilitationworkshop) My goal is to help improve the design of your meeting and make our hard effort last beyond 4 walls or a computer screen. I draw on decades of experience designing meetings and pull from a robust toolkit to drive outcomes.

The process to get set up with services is simple: 1. CONTACT At our Calendly session: Have a discussion around the engagement requirements. How would we like to organize the information for consumption and socialization during the session and afterwards? We can work on foam boards or digitally on an iPad. The digital images can be displayed live or at specified intervals. We will also discuss what imagery or language we want to see/do not want to see, brand guidelines, and key messaging for the intent and audience. What is the best way to run these discussions to catch the feedback live, what questions do we need to ask to ensure we get the right content, etc. This meeting is to guarantee the highest-quality best output possible. We can meet again prior to the engagement as needed. 2. PREP I will then send over a very simple Letter of Understanding (LOU) to sign that details out our engagement so that there is a contract in place. This signals a confirmed contract and I will get to work on ensuring I understand the titles and content for each of the image(s) to be captured. I collect reference materials, do pertinent research on related topics and company objectives, prepare the correct ink colors (when applicable), order necessary supplies, arrange travel and material logistics, etc. My goal is to make this process as easy for you as possible. I will not create any extra unnecessary work. I always tell my clients that I know it can be more work to hire contractors and I am very concsious of that. I will not steal your time. We can have as many or as few calls as you would like as long as I am clear on what I am delivering. 3. ENGAGE I show up to the meeting at the agreed upon time and location ready to capture the key ideas with an appropriate mix of words and visuals.  4. I submit high-resolution digital output and give a chance for corrections as needed. Corrections for live graphic recording are minor and the pricing is reflected in that assumption. Studio work may have iterations and will be billed differently for cycles of edits.  5. Payment will be due 30 days after I submit my work. I can accept ACH, check, or other PO services.

I cannot post flat rates as every client is different, however I operate on a per project rate which includes planning calls, prep work, and post work. Each of the 3 tracks have different pricing, as they each require varying amounts of time, skill, and attention. • A rough range for in-person work is $2500-$4500 plus expenses. • Live virtual work starts at $2000. • Virtual studio work starts at $1000.   I will charge for expenses to travel and foam boards, when applicable. If I create foams, they're yours to keep in addition to high-resolution digital outputs. Expenses are often rolled into a flat fee for simplicity.
